Under the Yeppeun Skin Clinic Korean Lymphatic Drainage Massage protocol, a gentle massage removes the blockages, thus allowing for the flow of lymph to return to order. The treatment is performed by our highly trained, professional estheticians who will massage key areas of your body to remove blockages. Light pressure is used to stimulated selected areas to improve the flow of lymph. Other improvements that can be observed may be to your immune system, stress levels, skin glow, relief from neuropathy, reduction in fluid retention etc. This treatment is not advisable for people that are undergoing cancer treatment or have damaged skin on the areas that will be massaged.

Normally, this treatment is done separately for patients in need or this treatment can be added to any other treatment before that treatment begins. The body tends to receive dermatological skin treatments better if blockages in the lymph nodes are removed.
Number of Treatments Needed
Usually, you only need one treatment but for patients with chronic conditions weekly or monthly treatments are recommended. For patients that are undergoing multiple sessions of skin treatments, you may want to add this to each session to achieve best results.

At least 2 days between treatments.
Recovery & Downtime
There is no recovery or downtime needed. However, patients with sensitivity in their skin due to illness may find that treatments should not be done consecutively and thus 3 days between treatments is recommended.
