This type of customized modelling mask if used for anyone who has skin redness, irritation, dryness and wants that Korean glow up look. It is often used after heavier treatments such as lasers.

How It Works

Yeppeun modelling mask systems hit differently. We use techniques developed in Korea to create a cocktail of happiness and purity inside of our masks. We start by hand mixing diatomaceous earth. This is a natural ingredient comprised of fossilized organic materials: It is made up of between 87-94% of amorphous silicon dioxide which is typically known as silica. It also contains iron oxide and other natural minerals. It feels a lot like powder or flower before it is mixed an on a microscopic scale has jagged edges which when mixed and placed on the skin, remove particles and imperfections from your skin. We add different types of combinations it depending on exactly what your skin type needs. Ingredients that may be added can be PDRN, Vitamins such as Vitamin C, Stem Cell Media, Exosomes etc. It goes on wet and dries before it is peeled off. It is very relaxing and leaves you feeling fresh and glowing.

Treatment Plans

Our modeling mask treatments can be done in isolation if you need a quick pick me up or skin glow. Otherwise, they are used as part of other treatments, especially at the end of treatments that leave the skin slightly red or sensitive as they help to calm the skin.

Number of Treatments Needed

Yeppeun’s Diatomaceous Earth Modelling Mask can be customized, hand-mixed and applied anytime you want. The majority of patients do this at least once per month and after most of their heavier treatments. There is no minimum or maximum number of times you can have this treatment. It can be done daily if needed.

Time Between Sessions

There is no minimum time between sessions for modelling mask treatments.

Recovery & Downtime

There is no recovery and downtime with this treatment. It does not leave your face red or damaged. This is why many patients do this treatment the day of or the day before an important event.

Aftercare Instructions

There are no special aftercare instructions and you can wear make up immediately after treatment. It is always advised that follow a proper skin care routine consisting of at least a cleanser, toner, serum or ampoule, cream and sunscreen.
